Saturday 23 July 2011

Thanks to everyone on my Twitter page!!!! - 23rd July 2011

Thank you to everyone from my Twitter page for helping me get my views up.

Although I would have loved a few comments with links back to their blogs but hey you can't complain.

This just shows how sitting on Twitter for half an hour following new people and posting links to your blog.

In less than 1 hour I have received over 300 views from people I follow and who follow me on Twitter!

I don't bombard them with spam posts but instead gently introduce my blog and what it does and how it can benefit everyone who wants to make money from blogging.

Also you meet people from all over the world and they inturn will pass on the word that your blog is worth a read.

So Twitter can make you mega traffic but its not target or qualified traffic.

I will do an article today based on Getting Targeted Traffic To Your Blog.

22nd July 2011 - How To Blog

One topic that is always over looked online when doing research into making money is how to blog. Loads of people who are intermediate or even at a lesser stage will not find this article any use whatsoever, but there will be a considerable amount of viewers who will find it more than helpful than most of the advice they get online from the blogging pros.

So, how to blog?

Well for everyone living in the 1800's, a blog is an online archive of everything you chose to write and publish.

Now most people who make money from there skills of writing seem to be older but no matter what age you are, you may have skills and knowledge of a subject someone 20 years older may not so don't let that deter your motivation to get blogging.

When looking into how to blog you should have a pen and notepad ready to write down all the steps you need to take. Here is a list of the keys steps I believe should get you on your way to learning how to blog.

1. Research Free Blogging Sites.

2. Pick A BlogSpace Host.

3. Research Into Affiliate Programs Or Google Adwords.

4. Write Down At Least 10 Article Topics Relating To Your Chosen Subject.

5. Research Google Keywords Tool And Input Your Chosen Topic/Article Topic.

6. Name Your First Article The Same As One Of Google Keywords Suggestions, Preferably With Alot Of Global Searches And Least Competition.

7. When Writing Your Article Your Keyword(s) Should Appear In Your Post At A Ratio Of 5% (that means for every hundred words you should have at 1 keyword placed)

8. After Writing, Publishing And Adding Your Keywords You Should Research Services Such As Digg, StumbleUpon, Reddit, Ping, Etc.

9. Add A Twitter Account To Your Blog And Build A Followers List While Promoting Your Blog Every Few Hours By Posting Links.

10. Keep Writing High Quality Articles And Comment On Similar Blogs With Your Feedback On Their Blog And Also Post A Link Back To Your Site.

11. Once You Have Wrote And Published Your Articles And Signed Up To The Above Mentioned Services(Which Are Free) Its Time To Start Adding Your Google Adwords To Your Page.

12. If You Are New To Blogging Then I Suggest Using Blogger.com As This Is In My Opinion The Easy Platform To Use When Starting Out.

So there you go How To Blog in 12 steps.

Its not the complete guide on how to be successful but it does explain how to go about getting started and after a few month of these steps you will be ready to move onto further fields and read through the rest of this blog for more advice which is posted everyday.

Hope it helps all the beginners out there, and to all the intermediate and ppro bloggers who already know how to blog, there will be more material for you later on today.

21st July 2011 - How To Make Money

I have been away on holiday for 3 weeks and whilst on holiday I met a gentleman who is an internet millionaire and has actually built a company based on blogging and advertising which he claimed to have made him over 3 million pounds in 5 years!

I definitely believe the fact that he knew how to make money and has been doing it for years and obviously made a considerable amount of income as he staying in the top hotel in Dubai and had hired an impressive sport car from the most expensive car hire company in the middle east.

After a few drinks and a chat about how to make money online, he started to tell me the economics of his companies based on blogging and advertising.

He began by telling me that he was someone not too different from myself, he worked a 35 hour week and blogging was a hobbie which turned into a second income and then his lifetime career. He claimed that he made money online due to strategic methods which went something like this (I was a little drunk by this point so bear with me...)

First he started blogging for 2 hours every night of the week which made up 14 hours. After a year or so of continuos promotion of his site and excellent reading material being posted regularly, his blog was a hit. He then started another blog about how successfull his first blog was and that was also a success. Then came the part that blew my mind! He started selling his methods on ebooks, audio books, paper books and also built an online school of blogging which he charged internet users a small fee to view his daily and sometimes weekly tutorials which made him millions. He also knew how to make money online from advertising, because when he had reached 200,000 subscribers to his tutorials he started selling off advertising space to massive companies such as Coca-Cola and Nestle. Believe it or not he never involved himself with any other person during his venture and he succeeded! After 18 months of blogging he had quit his job and had an average income of £38,000 a year which is pretty impressive. By year two he had launched the mentioned above tutorials and sold advertising space on all his products and blogs and had started building a company who specialize in blogging for other companies to provide maximum exposure to the public and also it was used for market research purposes to gain feedback about products and services the customers/clients had purchased and how they believe it would benefit the company.

He had obviously been a very smart man to construct such wealth from such a once simple blog. I personally wouldn't say this would be possible for every blogger out there but you never know 2 hours of writing and posting your life/opinion/interest online for the world to see and read may bring you more than you expect.

Later on today I am going to get a few tips posted on how I believe everyone could make alot of money online.

Article 8 - How To Make Money Blogging From Home... 1st July 2011

I was on Reddit.com last night just reading through some articles that were very interesting and I actually learned something very important which not only showed you "How To Make Money Online From Blogging" but also showed you to drive great numbers of traffic to your site using keywords and keyword placement. It was for beginner and intermediate bloggers who have built their blogs and website but have not constructively thought about keyword tools and keyword placement. Placement strategies will not make a significant difference to traffice volumes immediately but it will over a period of 6 months if you use placement strategies in every article.

The title was "how To Make Money Blogging From Home" on Reddit.com, you should take a few minutes to read it, I will post a link below.

http://www.adventuresininternetmarketing.net/how-to-get-traffic-to-your-blog-get-targeted-visitors/

The techinques used can be broke down to 3 main areas which are essential to your Search Engine Rankings.

1.Keywords Tool

2.Keyword Placement

3.Leverage

I'll start with top of the above list... KEYWORD TOOL.

I personally use Google Keyword Tool heres the link:

http://www.googlekeywordtool.com/

All you have to do is... Input words that you think people would have to search to find your blog, for example, I think people would have to input something along the lines of "how to make money online from blogging", so I input how to make money online from blogging in the keywords tool and click search, then Google incredibly shows you the amount of searches for certain keywords that are relevant to your blog or site. You then look through the list and evaluate the following things: Competition levels, Amount of Searches.

Competition Levels are the amount of other bloggers and sites that are using that option in the keyword placement therefore you want to find a keyword/phrase that is relevant to you article/blog/site with less competition.

After you have found the option that is relevant to your keyword/phrase, you have to evaluate the amount of searches that have been submitted.

Then you simply find an option which features your keywords/phrase with the lowest competition levels and highest search submits. In short LOW COMPETITION AND HIGH SEARCH SUBMISSIONS.

Secondly, we have Leverage. Most of us know about leverage in betting and the stock market. This can be something that can be scary to beginners but it is quite easy to understand.

Leverage means getting the more or bigger results for little or less work.
Services are available like the platform mentioned earlier in this article is Reddit.com more common ones are Digg, MoreShare, Ezine Articles and Ping.

Signing up to these services and platforms enables you to "ping" snippets or parts of your articles which linkback to your blog all over the net and attract the attention of the search engine trawling system.

So the leverage here would be writing one article and publishing it one your blog/site and submitting it to Ezine Articles and you reach thousands of traffic due to linkbacks to your blog.

Another one that nobody really takes advantage of is Twitter..

Now you may already have a twitter page but this is what I do..

I work 2 hours a day over 5 days on my blogs/sites and during this time I keep Twitter open in a seperate tab and follow atleast 30 people everyday that I do not know and simply keep posting updates from my blog on Twitter by inputting my my URL and a quick relevant snippet of whats in my article.
Its Great!!

I gain about 100 views aday from Twitter!

I hope this little bit of advice on "how to make money blogging from home"

Sorry about not posting any articles yesterday as I was away for the night with my Fiancee.

Free Ebook For Everyone Who Posts 10 Links To My Blog!

Thought I would do an article example of how to generate loads of traffic for free!

First of all you need to give something away for free when someone subscribes or follows your blog..

But it doesn't come for completely free...

You can ask them to post 10 links (or however many you want them to post) to your blog and send proof of this by emailing the links to these pages to you, then they will receive a free e-book which they can do with what they please.

So, once you have put the word out that they will get a free e-book for so many link postings to your blog, you have to upload you e-book of choice to a free storage site - I personally use speedyshare.com - and once you receive and check that your links have been posted, simply email the subscriber the link to download the e-book for free!

So there you have it.. how to generate lots of traffic to your site for free!!

If your after my free e-book then leave a comment stating your name and email address and I will check the links you posted then I'll send you the link to the free e-book!

E-Cigarette Affiliate Program

Thought I would do a quick mini article on the E-Cigarette Affiliate Program.

The Affiliate I signed up to today is provided by E-Cigarette Direct based in the UK.

It is free to sign up and takes around 6 hours to be approved and they also credit your account with £25.00 as soon as you sign up but can't withdraw that £25.00 bonus untill you make over £10.00 in commission but as soon as you make that £10.00 then its all yours!

They provide everything you could ever need to make some good money from their range of great products.

The Affiliate page even boasts excellent training manuals to show you how to exactly market and promote the product to the most effective point possible.

When you first join you are given a commission rate of 10.00% but this rises after you make so many sales.

The products are really easy to sell as only people who want to find out more or buy the products ever search it.

The products are all legit and can be distributed in anyway that is also legit.

Click the picture below to find out more about the program, never know it might be better than the others as it claims to be.

If anyone else tres this program then please comment on how you are getting on with it.

Personally I have only been an affiliate for E-Cigarette Direct for 2 days and have made 14 sales and have received over £200 in commission so I'm going to stick at it untill it drys up.

Which E-Cigarette?

After posting the article about the E-cigarette I bought the other day I have been bombarded by questions of which e-cigarette is best.

I posted a small review of the top brand of e-cigarette but still people ask which e-cigarette did you buy?

Well I bought the Halo E-cigarette because it was affordable, small, long lasting battery cell and to be perfectly honest it sound the best in Which E-cigarette Review Forum.

There are loads of different models and it would be hard to mention which e-cigarette would be best for you because its like real cigarettes, everyone has there own distinct brand and very rarely wonders from that brand.

So inconclusion, I have to say to the people who repeatedly ask which e-cigarette to buy that they must buy a few to find there own indivivual taste.

Hope that helps with the bombardment of messages with the title of "Which E-Cigarette Should I Buy?"

Click the picture below to see the new Halo Electronic Cigarette that I bought the other day.
Introducing the HALO electronic cigarette.

Twitter Craze!!

Everyone is always socially active nowadays.

I know my mobile has constant feeds from twitter which keeps me constantly updated on what is happening.

This also means that every hour or two I can remind my loyal followers that I exist and that I have fresh material which is just itching to be read.

Twitter is possibly one of the only sites I know which will allow you to post as many URL addresses as you please without tagging you with a spammers reputation.

Also Twitter is used by loads of other bloggers who just like me are trying to find ways of making it easier to make money online and Twitter is their playground.

When something new comes out which will help us make money then we will instantly know about it aslong as we follow it and you can do the same with your blog. Whenever you decide to publish a new article, make sure and let your followers on Twitter know and you will have large amounts of traffic directed to your site by posting one comment or tweet!

Its an excellent tool to make money and build traffic volumes and bloggers who are just starting out don't realise the potential sitting right in front of them. Well hell mend them cos if you've been told one you've been told a thousand times.. GET YOURSELF A TWITTER ACCOUNT AND TWEET ABOUT EVERYTHING ON YOUR POSTED AND TWEET CONSISTENTLY, YOU WILL HAVE SUCCESS IN THE END.

Keep the faith and may your blog continue to grow and prosper!

Article 7.... 29th June 2011.... Digg Review

Today I was looking around a few forums to see if I could get any ideas about what to write in tonights article.

I came across a site that I have forgot to mention in previous articles and it is clled Digg.

For all of you that do not know what Digg is or does then let me explain a little bit more.

[quoted from wikipedia.org]
Digg is a social news website made for people to discover and share content from anywhere on the Internet, by submitting links and stories, and voting and commenting on submitted links and stories.[quoted from wikipedia]

So now we all know what Digg is let me tell you how you can generate traffic to your blog.

1. First of all sign up, then you will be asked to submit an URL.

2. Submit your URL along with your details about what your blog is about.

3. Start to browse the Digg interface for other users/bloggers that are in your subject category.

4. Build relationships/friendships and comment on others blogs.

5. Leave the URL of your blog on others comment boxes and ask them to visit your blog.

Once you have done this its time to check your results!

At first you will not see the effects but after a few weeks of repeating steps 3 - 5 you should start to see yours views increase significantly.

Remember the best way to get traffic to your blog/site is to be persistent.

After a while the search engines will start to acknowledge your blog and so will others. The more you post articles and the more you comment on others blogs, along with using Digg daily, you should start to see improvements in your traffic numbers.

Article 5... Part 2 - Blogging Tips.... 29th June 2011

Sorry for the delay with this second part of Blogging Tips.

It was due to be posted last night but an unforseen occurance forced me to delay the post by a day so here it is: Blogging Tips Part 2

Goals and Targets:

When blogging to make money you should sit down and realistically evaluate how many hours work you want to put in or are able to put in and what it is exactly you want to achieve.

When I first started blogging over a year ago now I didn't have a clue how good my site should be doing after a certain amount of days.
Well here is probably your first ever guidelines on where your blog COULD be if you put in a maximum of 12 hours a week.

In the first 3 days you should be aiming to hit 100 views. It sounds easy but putting together a blog and writing articles which will encourage return viewers and also SEO duties which need to be completed can be tasking at the end of the day.

Also if your like me and work a 35 hour week and still have to find time to blog and research topics you plan to blog about then it can be pretty difficult to space your duties out over a period of time so here a little tip on how I managed it.

I blog about 10 hours a week but most of the time I do small posts which generally take around 15 mins to write so it adds up to about 12 hours a week.

So if you were to be working on your blog 12 hours a week heres how you could organize your time so as to maximise your chances of success.

12 hours a week could be 3hours for any 4 days out of a 7 day week.

Out of the 3 hours you should spend around 30 mins researching your next topic of discussion, another hour of that 3 hours should be spent actually writing your article you were researching for and, finally, the other hour and a half should be spent commenting on other peoples blogs which are relevant to your blog subject and also submitting links to promotion sites like StumbleUpon, Nabtag, Reddit etc.

This has got to be the most effective time organization that will most definitely prove to be successful.

Bear in mind that your blog will not be a success over night and will take effort and patience for it be a success.

The second part of this article I will be covering is "How partnerships with other sites and blogs will boost your traffic".

When you find a blog that you have followed along with for a few weeks and you have decided that this is the blog for you then you should get in contact with the owner and ask him/her to check out your blog and if they like it make a partnership with his/hers blog and post links to each others site regularly therefore bouncing traffic back and forward between you.

Sorry again for the delay with this article even though not alot of people are following at the moment it still matters to me as I plan to show that with good time keeping and good material your blog can make you real money.

Just Bought An Excellent Ebook From Ebay!

I have just bought an excellent Ebook from Ebay.

It was a bit more expensive than the others I have bought but it just shows that the people trying to find good material inside £1.00 or £2.00 Ebooks... BE REALISTIC ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

Ebooks are like most things in life.. You Pay For What You Get!

I found a link to one of the author's blogs and was impressed with what I saw. Then I saw a comment from a blogger that had purchased her Ebook titled The Missing Link and she said it was a must buy so I took some of my well earned bloggin money and bought it and I have to say that in the first few pages you can tell its worth the £49.99 that I paid for it!

I'll post the E-Bay link below and if you have a few extra bucks then I recommend you buy it and sell it on when you've finished reading or studying it like me!

Article 5.....Part 1 Blogging Tips - 28th June 2011

Yesterday I was saying that today I would cover some areas which are sometimes not really clearly explained in most blogs or forums.

The first thing I am going to cover is: "How To Make Money When Your Site Traffic Is Low"?

We already know how that bigger volumes of traffic generate more clicks/sales therefore more money, but is that actually the case?

If you had a site which was covered head to toe in ads and received 1000 views a month and I had a site which received 300 views a month but had my ads thoughtfully placed and my blog or site was professional looking enough to make a good first impression then who do believe would have the most sales/clicks?

Its doesn't matter how much traffic you get to your sight, if they don't trust your site, they won't trust your products and if they don't trust your site/blog or your products then they will not be very likely to buy from ads placed on your page, which is what you are ultimately after!

So back to the question of how do you make money from your blog when your traffic volumes are low?

Simple.....

Take time to build and maintain your blog/site, try to place your ads on pages were they are relevant instead of just sprayed all over the homepage.
Also take time to write out detailed explainations of the products which are featured in your article unless they are supplied by Google Adsense then it is done for you.

So it really isn't that hard to make sales even if you have low traffic but remember if you have high traffic volumes and a professional layout you could be making alot more money than you ever thought possible.

The next topic that I am going to base my writings on is "How Commenting On Other Peoples Blog Make Your Blog Better Ranked."

When you comment on someone else blog you are representing your own blog so be careful what you post.

If you have something negative to say its best not saying anything at all but if you have some feedback for the blogger then you should let them know how you feel it could be made better. If your advice is good and you give multiple bloggers good advice then you could quickly build a reputation for a Blogging Guru.

One big tip about commenting on other blogs is DON'T ALWAYS POST LINKS TO YOUR BLOG OR WEBSITE, ITS CALLED SPAMMING!!

This is one of my pet hates and there is no need for it. The way I see it is if you have to use spam then you really do not have the educational qualities needed to impress people by writing interesting comments and you should give up on writing for a living altogether.

Next on the program is another great topic which no-one seems to cover and its probably down to hardly anyone actually knowing how it is done....

"How Google Ranks Your Blog/Site?"

Google was an invention which revolutionized the internet browsing experience. Most of us remember from years ago being told that we could input any sort of information into a little box and in 1 or 2 seconds we could have everything we needed to know about that subject and we were in awe of this.... But after a few years everyone lost interest in Google and it just became another way of finding out a word or meaning without consulting a dictionary but nowadays Google as you know can do many different things from show you your house from a satelite in space and tell you directions from hong kong to paris and can even make you money as we all know and love.

When you search a subject on Google, its mainfram computer trawls through all the html codes and xml codes which are displayed on the millions of domain parking spaces and hosting providers. It picks out the sites which have words that are relevant to your search. So if you search "What Blog Platform is the best?" the most likely websites to be displayed will contain all, if not, certain words that were searched.

Therefore if you want your site to found by search engines such as Google then you must include keywords which will trigger Google to pick up on your site and display it on its listings.

I will cover this subject alot more in-depth over the next few days.

Another great way to promote your sight and make sales through your site is email marketing.

When you build your blog you will have the option to include a newsletter which can be signed up for if you like the blog.

Once someone has signed up you should be notified of this via e-mail.

Once you receive your notification simply write down or store the subscribers details in your inbox.

After you have gathered around 50 names and email addresses simply write out a great promotional page and copy and paste it to all the addresses you have gathered.

After you have emailed all your potential customers, making them aware of your offers, its time to do a follow up and send another email to conduct some market research and see if they found your offers appealing or if they had any feedback on how to make your blog/site/e-shop any better.

Later on I will be writing the second part to this article which covers the last two topical areas of today and they are: "Setting Realistic Goals And Targets" and "The Benefits Of Partnering Between Bloggers".

Remember and follow us if you like the articles.

Monday 27 June 2011

Tomorrow's Article Description.

Tomorrow I will be focusing on some of the best ways to make money when you have low traffic numbers and how to make money with even using your blog.

I will also do smaller cover articles on how much of a difference posting on other blogs makes to your own blogs Google and search engine rankings.

I will be talking about how google ranks your blog and what makes it choose your blog to show in its listings, how to make it choose your blog and how to effectivly take advantage of the high traffic which is being directed to your site.

I will be discussing how to harvest important information from potential customers and follow up marketing after sign up to your blogs.

I will write a small piece on how to set target goals to an appropriate timeline.

And, finally, I will be discussing how partnership with forums and websites related to your blogs subject can generate huge volumes of traffic to your blog.

So, tomorrow is going to be a day packed with new articles to read up on and as usual I will appreciate feedback on any articles posted.

Great Advice From Great Blogger!

Here is a some great advice from a top blogger.

I do not want to offend this blogger by copying and pasting his work therefore I am simply posting the link his work here:

http://blazingminds.co.uk/traffic-blog>

Hope you enjoy his work.

Just Another One Of My Quick Thoughts Conjured Whilst Browsing.

I have been investigating the affiliate program which is ran by Amazon Associates.
They offer you the chance to place your ads on your blog or website and instead if you being paid per click you get a starting refferal commission of 5.00% which rises after so many refferals the first raise being to a rate 5.50% then so on.

This seems like a good way making bigger bucks if you have alot of traffic coming to your blog or site.

But remember just because you don't have the traffic just now doesn't mean you won't have the traffic to make big money off of the ads someday not too far away. So keep Amazon Associates in mind if you are getting large numbers of traffic or you one day do get large numbers of traffic.

As usual i'll post a link to the Amazon Associate Affiliate Program.

Its free to sign up and you are accepted straight away.

Heres the link:
Amazon Affiliate Program

Remember and report back how you get on with the program.

Article 4.... 27th June 2011 - LinkShare.Com - Review After 2 Days.

After a 2 days of "playing around" with the Link Share Affiliate Program I reckon it might be worth another trial for up to a week or so.

The way it works is when you sign up to the program it gives you option of what companies to apply to be an affiliate for.

There seems to be alot of Clothing Stores which would easily except you to post ads on their behalf but what your aiming for is the Finance and Banking Section of the site and possibly even having a quick look at the Software and Hardware Sections to see if there are any high commission/high demanded products.

I'll post another link to the Link Share Affiliate Program and I hope you get on as well as I have in 2 days.

To All The Smokers Out There!

This is a little piece for all the smokers out there..

As you know, this blog is about making money and alternatively saving money as we don't like to pay for anything here at BlogJobs UK.

I was looking into buying cigarettes online as the proce has risen to £6.11 for 20 Mayfair King Size!

I came across a new product in my search... It's called The E-Cigarette.

There are many makes and shapes/sizes of this product.
Let me explain a little more about what it does...

It is made up of 3 main parts - The battery cell, the atomizer and the cartridge or sometimes refered to as the cartomizer.

When you inhale through The E-Cigarette the battery cell powers the atomizer which heats the nicotine cartridge or cartomizer and creates a steam like vapour which feels and looks just like a cigarette.

They claim to have just a fraction of the chemicals that traditional cigarettes have. They are being sold on some airplanes and long distance bus travelines.

They boast a very minimal 0.01% of chemicals compared to normal cigarettes.

Another benefit of The E-Cigarette is the fact that One Cartridge/Cartomizer will deliver between 180-200 puffs and the kits they supply usually come for a very affordable £30.00.

Lets just for a minute count the cost of the cigarettes we smoke each day infront of our loved ones........

If one pack of cigarettes is £6.00 and you smoke one pack a day for a week thats £42. Then £42 for a month is £168. Then a years worth is £2016.

Now.. if on average you get around 10 puffs to a cigarette then out of one cartridge/cartomizer you get the equilavent to 20 cigarettes.

The starter kits come with an additional 10 cartridges which mean you technically have 220 cigarettes worth for £30.00.

Now I don't know anywhere you can get 220 cigarettes worth for £30.00!

If your a smoker check out the site its got some great reading on the review sections and you may even find yourself testing a few products.

Check out the E-Cigarette HomePage:

or click the picture below....
Introducing the HALO electronic cigarette.

Let me know how everybody gets on with there starter kits if they get one.

Is the electronic cigarette for Me?

The Electronic Cigarette

Yes, if:

  • You are a smoker and you can't quit.
  • You are a smoker and you don't want to quit.
  • You want to enjoy a nicotine hit without having to inhale the tar, arsenic, formaldehyde, ammonia, acetone, hydrogen cyanide, carbon conoxide and other unecessary carcinogens and chemicals contained in cigarettes.
  • You are sick of subsidising the government to the tune of several times the cost of treating smoking diseases and paying an unfair and unjust tax.
  • You want to be able to smoke in the office, pubs and planes.
  • You want a satisfying and enjoyable alternative to smoking cigarettes.
  • You don't like the smell of stale cigarettes.
  • You don't want to stain your teeth.
  • You don't want people around you to suffer from passive smoking.

No, if:

  • You are under 18.
  • You don't smoke.
  • You are a social smoker.
  • If it means you won't quit.

If you don't smoke, you really seriously do not want to take the risk of becoming a nicotine addict. If you start using nicotine there is a good chance you will become a lifelong addict. If you do take up smoking cigarettes, there is a one in three chance that it will kill you.

Can it help you quit?

There is no evidence that the electronic cigarette can help people quit. Nicotine replacement therapy by itself does not have a good record at helping people to quit for the longer than twelve months.

Article 2.... 27th June 2011 - Best Affiliate Programs.

Yesterday I was writing about Dropshipping companies and how beginners can get to grips with the concept of being a "middle-man".

Now today I want to post a small article about Affiliate Programs.

Alot of people don't believe that money is to be made through these programs but I beg to differ.
You just need to find the right ones to participate in and now I'm going to give you a list and brief description of each programs whilst listing the "pro's and con's" of each programs.

The first Pay Per Click Program I want to list has got to be LinkShare

Click the Link below to get started......

LinkShare Referral Program UK

LinkShare is an excellent PPC Platform for beginners and is really easy to use and understand.

You simply sign up for FREE and then browse through the links that are relevant to your site. For example if your website or blog is about saving money then you could search for Saving Accounts and ISA links to post on your blog or website.

Relevance is pretty much the key to making money with LinkShare.
If you are not thinking about where you are putting your ads then you would be better off with my second best Affiliate Program... Amazon Associates.

This program is almost like a cross between Dropshipping and Affiliate Sales.

They pay 5.00% commission on all products sold at level 1.

After you make 21 refferal sales your commission percentage rises to 5.50%

The more you sell the more you get!

Its a pretty good program if your sites up and running but if you start early and advertise from the start you must make a few pennys from an hours work of posting links and ads.

Click the Link below for Amazon Associates.

Another great Affiliate Program is of course Google Adsense.
This program is famous for making internet millionaires but it can also work for you.

It works in conjunction with most blogging space such as my favourite free blogging site - Blogger.com.

It may only pay £0.01 per click but if your site has high traffic then it could make more than you would think at first.

So there is three of, in my opinion, the best affiliate programs out just now but I will keep searching the good old "net" and post if I find anything worth your time and energy.

Sunday 26 June 2011

Tomorrow I will post a list of great free pay per click sites.

Tomorrow I will be posting a great list of pay per click affiliate programs which if you either have a great website with a good amount of traffic or a hot top listed blog.

Check back into tomorrow to check out my composed list of great free pay per click programs.

[Side Note] 27/06/2011 - Dropshipping Tips.

Dropshipping can be a great way to generate some funds capital needed to start your own business.

Everyone has thought atleast once about owning their own business and working for themselves.

Little do they realise the hard work involved but they are nothing but correct about the rewards and income that can potentially be gained.

Well, I'm going to give you a few tips about getting started in Dropshipping and I'm also going to warn you off the sites that screwed my first impression of Dropshipping.

For all you readers out there who don't know what Dropshipping is, let me explain:

Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. As in all retail businesses, the retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

In even easier terms to understand it means that you can advertise a product, which you do not have to buy and stock, and when a customer buys it for the price you have advertised it for you send the wholesaler or supplier of the product the order and keep the profit.
For example if I advertised a 32" LCD TV for £300 and the wholesale price was £200 then my profit would be £100.

The great thing about Dropshipping is that you don't have to buy the stock and then sell it on, you are almost like a middle-man/sales representative.

This can be a great income generator if your website receives a substantial amount of traffic.
You can also start Dropshipping E-bay Shops but these unfortunately cos money to build and to list your products on the auction pages.

So now we know exactly what Dropshipping is lets get onto how to get started in this excellent part time earner.

First of all you have to use a search like my favourite, Google.
Search for Free Dropshipping Companies and you will see that there are loads to choose from.

Personally I chose products like Mobile Phones, TV's, Laptops, etc to sell on my website because these seem to the most bought items on E-bay and other auction sites.

NEVER PAY FOR DROPSHIP COMPANIES INFORMATION FROM E-BAY. THEY ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR FREE. THE PEOPLE CLAIMING TO HOLD THE BEST DROPSHIPPING COMPANIES ARE SCAMMERS AND HAVE JUST COLLECTED INFORMATION FROM THE INTERNET AND MADE IT INTO AN EBOOK.

Once you have found your desired Dropshipper then its time to get the products on your website or blog.

Make sure you don't put too big a profit margin on the products you are selling because the cheaper you are selling the products the more you will sell.

Most people tag these items with massive prices and therefore only 1 or 2 a week but if you think about it you could drop your prices by £40.00 and sell 10 maybe even 11 items a week or even a day.

If your wondering how to get your ads up on your site you should use google to find how to html code your platform or contact your platform provider.

When you've built up a clientelle from your site and feel you have reached your full potential then it may be time for you to explore the e-stores of E-Bay and try posting a few products for a little cheaper than the main sellers and see how it works out because once again if you beat the hot sellers by £30 or £40 then you will surely attract the masses.

When selling on E-Bay make sure you check the other sellers in your categories because you can be sure their checking you and your prices out.

It may sound like a hard job but if you stick it out for 6-8 months you could be earning £5000/£6000 per month.

Well I hope that helps out the people who either didn't know about Dropshipping or those who are having problems with Dropshipping.

Just A Thought...... 20:26pm 26th June 2011.

I was just doing a little searching on the mighty Google and stumbled across a free Affiliate Programme called LinkShare.

Its pretty cool if your just starting out in "online money making".

I think its got the basics needed for beginners to get to grips with the concept of link posting.

Click the link below to check out the LinkShare Programme.
LinkShare Referral Program UK

Also these have automated pay out services which pay out at the amount you set at the time of start up. So if you want your pay out point to be £100 then when you earn £100 you'll receive either a cheque in the mail or a Direct Payment to your bank account.

I think its atleast worth a look. I'm testing it on my other blogs and websites and I will write a small article on this "Programme".

Aticle 1.... 26th June 2011 - First Step Of Making Money Online.

All over the world there are thousands, possibly millions, of people making money online and there are also thousands, and also possibly millions, losing out on the money that can be made online.

First of all I must say that I am not making one single penny from this blog as I have other blogs which are making a substantial amount of income and when I began blogging I found mountains of websites telling me that I could make money online for free and then asked me to pay £xxxx for the information to do so, or they offer you blogspace with ads which make almost if not no income whatsoever so I thought I would write a real Blog on this topic.

Secondly, this is no get rich quick scheme, I work a 35 hour week and spend around 5-10 hours a week blogging and I am making an average of £1500 a month, which I believe to be impressive for only a maximum of 10 hours a week.

Now that I have cleared up the suspicion of the pessimists out there let's get started on the steps to making money online for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL.

Let me explain to all the rookies out there what exactly a blog is:

A blog (a blend of the term web log) is a type of website or part of a website. Blogs are usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video.

Or in even easier terms to understand an online diary or logbook.

Blogs are used to deliver, most of the time, free information on a chosen subject or topic.

An example is this blog your are reading right now which is How To Make Money Online For Free, and this is the free information you are reading also right now.

So your probably wondering...."If this is free information how do you make £1500 a month from 10 hours a week?"

At first do not expect to make thousands of pounds/dollars a week/month in the first 3 months because no matter what you read on the internet, that is IMPOSSIBLE.
Over the timespace of 3 months to 6 months you will notice yourself making a couple of hundred pounds/dollars a month which is reasonable for 10 hours work.
But, if you are unemployed or a stay at home parent or elderly person who wishes to earn a little money while writing about the things they are both good at and love.

So, now we know there is going to be hardwork involved, we have to pick a topic to write about that we love and know well enough to instruct or tutor someone on.

If you are like me at first and don't know what to write about or base your blog on then find a topic you always loved to learn about and study that subject for a period of time untill you feel confident enough to write about it.

If you don't wish to take the time to study a subject and just want to start making money online then try google for ideas on what to blog about.
You could try such searches as:

The most searched topic on google?

Most blogged topic?

Most visited blogs?

These should give you a rough idea about what people enjoy reading and writing about and you can bet that the top listing on google are making a generious profit from there blogspace.

Right, so now that you have chosen your subject area it is time source some free blogging or blogspace sites. Once again try Google and search for Free Blogspace or Free Blog.

The search should return websites like:

www.Blogger.com

www.Blogspot.com

www.Wordpress.com

My personal opinion is that blogger.com is the best suited to blogging beginners but if you try the others and find its better for you then use whatever you feel looks the most professional.

Now its time to sign up to your chosen blogspace site.
Simply input your email and contact details to the forms provided and your ready to create and customize your blog.

Don't worry you don't have to be a website designer or developer to use these blogging platforms they are so easy to use my 3 year old son could start a blog.

Once you have customized your blog you will have to input your heading and tag titles. This may sound complicated but most of these platforms have simple forms that you fill out with what phrase you want to be linked with in the google searches. You will see later in this article why this part of the process is so crucial to your blogs success. If your platform doesn't offer these form for the input of heading and title tags then google How To Input Heading And Title Tags On ......<<< your blogspace name goes here.

So now you've chosen your blog topic(s) and you've also signed up for blogspace, customized your blogspace and inputted your heading and title tags for search engine optimization, its time to start writing articles.
Personally I aim to write one article per night (as I work during the day) and find that the more you write the more people visit as you have more to offer and more for them to read.

Try not to be repeatitive in your articles, if you've covered a certain subject and decide to post another very similar to the previous you may risk loosing traffic as the readers may view you as a lazy writer or not dedicated. After a week you should ideally have between 4-7 articles published to view on your blog. Now that you have articles to read it is time to "draw in the masses". Go to a search in i.e Google, and search for forums with the same topic as you blog and sign up.
Once signed up look for thread or posts that have a common ground with your blog and simply chat with the users who are clearly interested in the subject and recommend your blog for their viewing pleasure.

Most blogging platforms also have the ability to work alongside mass media and social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Gmail, etc.
This makes it even easier to build traffic for your blog as you can build social networking pages for your blog and build a "clientelle" for your blog through your friends list or small ads which unfortunately you must pay for so I stay clear.

Once you have started building your "clientelle" or site traffice it is time to sign up to PPC (Pay Per Click) Programmes.

The best free PPC Programmes in my opinion are:

Google Adsense

Chitika

Context Web

Ad Click Media

Google Adesinse has got to be in my opinion by far the best earner but as with all these programmes your earnings are only based on traffic so no traffic, no money.

The most important thing I can stress to you is SEO (Search Engine Optimization). The better your google rankings the more money you make.

Out of the two hours I spend working on my blogs each night I spend 1 of those hours visiting other forums and blogs. I leave comments and lonks to my blog and find that this is almost like a cold calling approach that would be used in sales and just like cold calling for sales, I also see the benefits of this method.

While visiting blogs and forums try and build friendships/partnerships with other websites which will lead to more traffic.

After you have built a steady traffic stream appraoch business' that have a common ground with your blog and sell advertising space to these companies. Most of the time if you give these business' a reasonable price for ad space they will be more than happy for the extra interest in there services.

The last part of this article will be explained in more detail in the next article which will be published tomorrow - Article 2.... 27th June 2011 - Second Step To Making Money Online.
